Crawley U12 Boys V Jersey U12 Boys

The first half saw lots of endeavour from both sides but 0-0 at half time reflected both teams' defensive efforts. It may have been the wet conditions or the early start but when the Crawley fly half kicked long in the second half to clear their line, Jersey were late to react and Crawley scored their first try. 

Within 10 minutes Jersey had conceded 2 more tries and were struggling to get into the game. Valiant efforts from Nick Barnes and Magnus Howe led both the defence and attack but unfortunately it wasn’t enough, and Jersey lost their opening game of 2025 5-0.
