Under 15 Boys
Welcome to U15 Boys Rugby
At this level, players aged 14 and 15 experience the full scope of competitive rugby, with a strong focus on advanced skills, strategy, and teamwork. U15 rugby challenges athletes to refine their technical abilities in areas like scrummaging, rucking, lineouts, and open play, while developing a deeper understanding of tactics and game management. As physicality and intensity increase, so does the importance of communication, discipline, and sportsmanship. U15 rugby is all about preparing players for the next stages of their rugby careers, helping them grow both as individuals and as key members of a cohesive team.
Under 15s - Squad Information
Age Grade Regulations
Under 15s will enjoy full 15-a-side rugby including lifting in the lineout, which remains uncontested.
Training takes place on 2 evenings per week.
Our Under 15s will be playing in the Sussex leagues.
Games are 30 minutes each way.
Players have the opportunity for additional strength and conditioning (S&C) coaching delivered at Strive Academy.

Wednesday
5.30 – 7.00 pm on-field Game Sense/Skills/Unit Skills session
Friday
5.15 – 6.30 pm Strive Academy (S&C)
6.30 - 7.15 pm On field training session
